Accessibility statement

Conformance status

Our target is WCAG 2.2 level AA. We have reviewed every page of albena.ai against these criteria, but we have not yet had an independent audit, so we describe this as a target and not a certified result.

Measures we have taken

• One main heading per page, a logical heading order and landmark regions (header, navigation, main, footer).
• A “Skip to content” link on every page and full keyboard operation with a visible focus indicator.
• Text and interface colors checked for at least 4.5:1 contrast against their backgrounds.
• Labelled form fields and status messages announced to screen readers.
• Decorative graphics hidden from assistive technology, and meaningful illustrations given text alternatives.
• Interactive targets at least 24 by 24 CSS pixels, and layouts that reflow down to a 320 pixel width without horizontal scrolling.
• Animation is switched off when your system requests reduced motion, and no content depends on hover.

Known limitations

• The product illustration on the home page is a visual mock-up. Its content is summarized in a text description, but it is not interactive.
• Albena’s voice-first experience is not yet available to preview here, so we have not yet assessed it with people who use assistive technology. Voice control is designed to complement, not replace, touch and keyboard options.
• The waitlist and support forms include a Cloudflare Turnstile verification check. It is designed to be accessible, but we have not tested every assistive-technology combination. If it blocks you, email us directly and we will help.

Assessment approach

We tested with keyboard-only navigation, browser zoom and a 375 pixel wide viewport, automated checks and manual contrast review. This statement was prepared on October 9, 2026 and will be updated as the site and product change.
